Acai Berry Diet


Ever since Dr. Perricone was featured raving about the acai berry on The Oprah Winfrey Show talking about his top superfoods, or foods that are excellent for the health, the skin and for giving you more energy, the words acai berry and Oprah Winfrey are now inseparable. In reality, Dr. Perricone even touts this berry as "Nature's Energy Fruit" and details the berry as his number one superfood. On the, Dr. Perricone was debating how this berry is an example of the most delicious and most powerful foods in the world.

Another reason why acai berry and Oprah are often linked is because one of her frequent guests, Dr. Oz also introduced a new food to his hall of fame, which is of course nothing else but the acai berry. According to Dr. Oz, this berry has twice the amount of antioxidants of the blueberry. Dr. Oz cautions though , thru oprah.com, that you should check the food labels of the berry products to check if there are a ton of carbs in the product. Look for the one with the least carbs.

This superfruit has made fans out of these two "Oprah Doctors" as it contains so many nutrients and that it's so robust. In fact, it is tough enough to flush out toxins, slow down the aging process and so improve skin, improve psychological application, fight cancer cells. Due to the acai berry funny, outlets have been saying that Oprah lost pounds due to this berry and she actively advocates the supplements. Oprah however has come out with many statements pronouncing that she isn't associated nor does she advocate any acai berry supplements.

This shouldn't however discourage consumers from eating/drinking these additions as the berry is an example of the most natural and tough sources of antioxidants and dietary fibers. It also contains so many nutrients and healthy fats. This superfruit has had so many positive reviews from its users that it's not possible to ignore its efficiency. Indeed, there's knowledge in our parents telling us to eat our fruits and veggies. The acai berry is the best fruit there is!

Ever since Oprah endorsed Acai as the no:1 superfuit everybody is so eager to know everything about this tiny fruit and some might doubt whether there are any acai side effects. However to date there has been no report on such. However if you are taking acai as a supplement, then you should be concerned because there might be other chemical except for acai. The best you can do is to drink one hundred percent Acai berry juice for your daily dose. It is the most natural form of Acai berry and it is easier to absorb into your system so you will be able to get the most nutrients in your body.
